An Introduction
Kushwaha Abhiyanta
Forum (KAF)
is a registered social organization of Engineers belonging
to Kushwaha Community. It is established in
1992 at Patna (Bihar). It has whole country as its area of operation. Its
head-quarter is situated at Maurya Kushwaha Abhiyanta Bhawan, Maurya Kushwaha Road, Behind Radiant Public School, Danapur-Khagaul Road, Patna.
It has state and district chapters all over the country with members
spread across the globe.
The forum is actively involved in several social activities, viz., upliftment of the society, providing a platform for
people to meet, social network, scholarship, matrimony, housing society,
tutorial classes, vanbhoj etc.
The forum releases its own Souvenir every year acting as an
information house for its members. Regular meetings are held and family
get together / picnic is organized to help people know each other and
informally discuss ways and means to work for a better society.
The purpose of the site is to integrate people of our society all over
the world, give them visibility and services and facilitates them for the
benefit of our social community.

1. Temporary
Member (Annual Membership), and
2. Permanent
Member (Life Membership).
Fee
for Membership: -

One time Membership Registration Fee - Rs. 100/-.

Annual Membership Charge for Temporary Members -
Rs. 200/- per year.

One time Life Membership Charge for Permanent
Members - Rs. 1000/-.
Process
for Membership: -
1. Download the
KAF Membership Application Form.
2. Fill the Form
and paste your photograph.
3. Deposit the
Membership Fee through
(i) Cash deposit at KAF office or through any
of its Permanent Member,
(ii) Cheque / Draft in favour
of "Kushwaha Abhiyanta
Forum" payable at Patna, or
(iii) NEFT / RTGS / IMPS in Saving Bank Account No. 2913000100107514 or
2913000100110341 of Punjab National Bank, Saguna
More, Patna (IFSC Code - PUNB0757700).
4. Send both
filled-up Application Form and Payment Proof if paid directly in Bank
Account
(i) physically to the KAF office at Patna, or
(ii) through e-Mail Address / WhatsApp Mobile
No. of the General Secretary of KAF.
5.
You will get Receipt of the fee deposited and
Membership Certificate as per your convenience
(i) from KAF office physically,
(ii) through post / courier, or
(iii) through your e-Mail Address / WhatsApp

6. The fee
deposited is eligible for relief in Income Tax u/s 80G.
